This one was a first-time clean for a new customer - and right off the bat, they knew they wanted to keep this going. After seeing the results, they signed up for our biannual membership. That's exactly the kind of response we love, because it tells us they actually care about how their home looks and feels.

The back of this house is where the real payoff lives. Those large windows facing the pool area are the kind that grab your attention the second you walk outside. When they're dirty, you barely notice the view. When they're clean? The backyard feels completely different. That pool-to-window sightline is something worth protecting.

We used a water-fed pole brush system to get the glass done right. This setup lets us scrub the surface thoroughly and rinse with purified water - which means no soap residue, no streaks, and no spots left behind as it dries. It's the same approach we use on every exterior window cleaning job, whether the windows are easy to reach or up on the second floor.

A biannual membership makes a lot of sense for a home like this. You've got pool-side moisture, pollen, and general outdoor grime working against you year-round in Texas. Cleaning twice a year keeps things manageable and means you're never looking through a layer of buildup wondering how long it's been. The glass stays in good shape, and the home always looks sharp from both inside and out.

First cleanings are always satisfying - but what's even better is knowing this customer won't have to think about it again. Their schedule is set, their windows are clean, and their pool view is going to stay exactly the way it should be.
